The MONS brothers created in 2005 a training center specializing in the refining and marketing of dairy products. The training topics respond first and foremost to professionalization needs: product knowledge, cutting technique, folding, sales pitch construction, layout and shelf management. As demand grew, training in manufacturing and refining was created.
